Inside you will immediately notice the spacious layout and open concept Living, Dining and Kitchen areas that will provide plenty of flexibility for your guests. Everyone can be comfortably accommodated. Another great feature of "Vitamin Sea" is the 2 beautiful decks. One off the living room and one off of the upstairs bedroom. Both have deck furniture and amazing views of both the gulf and bay for gorgeous Sunrise and Sunsets. In the kitchen, you will find quartz countertops and an island for food prep and serving. The dining table seats 6 and there is a picnic table on the porch. Want to spread out? Underneath the house is a huge cemented area, grass area & firepit. Along with the Tiki Bar which seats 4 the picnic table downstairs provides additional seating for games and outdoor meals. Outdoor Bluetooth speakers for easy access to your favorite beach play list. Also, there is a great outdoor shower with hot and cold water. So, leave fresh clothes behind and rinse off and change before you go upstairs.
