The large private balcony overlooks a stunning pool, perfect for relaxation and poolside selfies. the condo comes equipped with a range of games, and a lounge area to keep the party going. The building offers free parking, a gym open 24/7, and a lounge, all that at walking distance to the Gulch (8 min) & Broadway (18 min)! YOUR SPACE: The unit is located on the 4th floor of a 6 story industrial building, adjacent to a freight train track that separates Pie Town and the Gulch. ~ Enter into a bright and glamorous living space including a modern, fully equipped & stocked kitchen, and cozy living room with access to a beautiful balcony. ~ Bedroom 1: Queen bunk beds with a full length mirror, full length mirror & lounge area w/ the most incredibly cool coffee table! ~ Bedroom 2 - King bed with walk-in closet - Bathroom with shower/tub across the hall. ~ Bedroom 3 - Queen bed - Extra Large bathroom with double vanity across the hall, providing plenty of space for a group of girls getting ready at the same time. ~ In-unit laundry, and large closet with pool towels, umbrellas, pool tote bags, yoga mats, hats and other cool pool accessories. ~ The kitchen is stocked with local coffee & tea, olive oil, avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, spices and condiments. ~ Everything you need, nothing you don't! ~ Travel sustainably: during your stay, you will be able to use tote bags for zero-waste grocery shopping, reusable k-cups, compost bin to place all food scraps and compostable items, refillable & vegan hotel amenities that we buy in bulk to limit packaging. You can also donate unconsumed food, clothes and accessories at the end of your stay. If you have any suggestion on how to improve our sustainability program, we'd love to hear about it! ~ Share the love: you will find post cards from a local art print business in the unit. If you write post cards, and leave them in the condo, we will stamp and mail them for you! ~ Local partners: we are proud to support local businesses! Ask your host for more info on our local partners and discounts! GUEST ACCESS Come and go as you please! Seamless self check-in with smart locks. Full access instructions provided two days prior to arrival. To access your unit, go to The Lobby and take the elevator to the 4th floor. Unit 415 will be the first door to the left when exiting the elevator. We are on site until 5pm and are happy to meet you at checkin! We love to meet and greet our guests. You can find us in our office located in the lobby. PARKING Parking is available on a first come first serve basis in the gated garage located on the South side of the building (in front of Bad Axe.) If there are no spaces available, there is public paid parking on the North side of the building right past Third Man Records. If you are arriving using a ride share service, you will be dropped off in front of the building on 7th Ave S. Please use the ramp/walkway to the lobby. Use the Latch App to open the lobby door. From there, you will either see us in the lobby or find your way to the elevator and up to your unit for self check-in. We are on site every day of the week, and available to meet and greet our guests. Find us in the lobby if you need anything during your stay. This property is located in the heart of Nashville's bourgeoning Pie Town neighborhood, adjacent to The Gulch and SoBro, and walking distance to Broadway, The Music City Center, and The Bell Tower Wedding Venue. Conveniently located between Belmont university, the Gulch, and Broadway by car. GROCERY STORE: Whole Foods is 0.7 miles away. LIQUOR STORE: Frugal MacDoogal is 0.2 miles away. FOOD and BARS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE Bad Axe throwing right across the street is a fun place to throw axes and grab a beer and delicious comfort food. Two hands is located right behind the building and is great for breakfast and brunch (they make a delicious bloody mary!) Blind barber is a new speakeasy bar right next to Two hands, offering delicious cocktails, and DJ sets Blue room venue is located right next to Hyve, and is a great concert venue with an underground vibe. 6th and Peabody is 0.1 Mile away (down the street, great place to listen to live music, taste some bourbon, watch sports on their giant screen, or grab a hot dog Pie Town Tacos is 0.2 miles away (delicious street tacos) Peg Leg Porker BBQ is 0.2 miles away (TN BBQ) Biscuit Love Breakfast is 0.3 miles away (a Nashville institution!) Guests will be invited to provide a valid email address, and to download The Latch App before their stay. 90% of the units in this building are rented on short term rental basis. *Similar to numerous neighborhoods in Nashville, Hyve is in close proximity to a train route. This particular unit is situated on the pool side of the building, and it's worth noting that the sound of the train may be audible in two of the bedrooms. However, we've taken measures to mitigate noise disturbance by installing double-glazed windows, which effectively reduce the impact. To further enhance your comfort, we provide amenities such as earplugs and sound machines. If you are sensitive to noise, you may consider staying at a place 10-15 minutes from downtown. The pool hours are 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day, from May to October. The courtyard closes at 10:00 PM. We have overnight security, specifically trained to ensure the safety of our guests on the buildings premises. This is a pet-friendly building, however the owner of this unit does not allow pets. This condo is managed by Humming Host. We have multiple units that we manage in this building so please contact us if you're interested in renting more than one. *There is a Rescue Mission in the neighborhood. While we freely navigate the area day and night, we recognize that some guests may be more sensitive to the ongoing activity. The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting. Thanks to our central location, you can reach any destination in Nashville in less than 10 minutes. Whether you're exploring the city's vibrant offerings or need a rapid commute, our proximity ensures quick and easy access to all that Nashville has to offer. *We provide amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If guests want additional amenities, this will be at the cost of the guests.*
