Private Balcony off the master overlooks the pool and marsh area at the north end of our island also known as Freeman Park. The Breaker's Complex has a beautiful sparkling pool, lots of swings on site to sit and watch the pelicans or other wildlife as they fly over the marshy area. Condo Layout: 1 Bedrooms / 1 Bathrooms / Sleeps 4. Top floor walkup unit. Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishwasher, cookware and of course a coffee pot and toaster! Living Room: Couch that converts into a queen size sleeper sofa plus flatscreen TV with cable.  2 Decks: Access condo through Deck, seating for 4 people, spectacular views of the Ocean. Private Balcony off master bedroom with views of the Marsh. Laundry: Stackable Washer and Dryer in Closet on Outside Master Bedroom Balcony.  Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, closet, TV with cable, attached bath with shower/tub combo. Parking for 1 car: Must display parking pass given at check-in. Condo Amenities: Pool, charcoal grills, and picnic area/swings.  Nightly Rental Requirements: Peak Season three-night requirement. Off Season two-night requirement. Off Season monthly rentals (mid-Sept. – mid-May). Arrival/Departure: Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in. Check-In: 4:00. Check-Out: 10:00AM. You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.  Items to Bring: Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items. The linen and towel package is included for the Master bedroom. For $28 plus tax we can add the linen and towel package for the sleeper sofa.   Things to do: Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round! PROHIBITED ON PREMISES Registered Guests Must Be 25 Years of Age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced.
