People can fish, paddle board, float the Payette for 2 hours by launching at the Red Bridge and taking out at Moonridge. 5 vehicle parking is available, and it is just a short walk from the property! This home has surveillance that records motion and sound. There are security cameras set up in the game room that face the exterior of the home - pointed to the driveway. There is a camera on the front door facing the entrance of the home and there is a camera inside the owner's garage (which guests do not have access to).   There is no garage access for guests, but plenty of room for 6 cars or 2 trucks and 2 trailers. NOTE - the circular driveway can be narrow in the winter due to snow accumulation.  No Smoking.  No Pets. No fireworks. No parties. No events.  This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.  Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.  All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.  Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.  Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. To start your vacation off right, we’ve provided a day’s worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay.
