It is a very short walk through the complex to the beach.  KITCHEN AND DINING Enjoy a fully updated kitchen with beautiful new cabinets, swirled marble counters, and stainless steel appliances. The cabinets are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining area seats 2 at the kitchen counter and 4 at the table. LIVING AREAS The condo has a beautiful beach-themed interior with lots of white beadboard and relaxing colors. In the main living room area, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on a comfortable sofa-sleeper couch and three chairs. Sit back at the end of a long day in the waves and enjoy a DVD on the large flatscreen TV. Cable is provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. There is a second smaller deck off the living room. Both the master bathroom and the guest bathroom downstairs have separate vanity areas with tub/shower combos SLEEPING C303  is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom upstairs features a comfortable King-sized bed and includes a desk for easy remote working. The guest bedroom features two twin beds. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs as well. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.  **Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes. EXTRAS -C303 is a penthouse (2 story) condo  -This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building. -A PacknPlay Travel Crib and highchair are provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.  -Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge. -C303 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4),  beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs.
