Villa Aventine, (villa code: IE AVT) is a 3 +1-bedroom villa situated in a stunning location by the calm, turquoise waters of Chalk Sound National Park. Villa Aventine has a bright and breezy atmosphere with tall, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans in every room. The expansive sliding glass doors offer breathtaking views of Chalk Sound. The spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each has its own attached bathroom. Three of these bedrooms have king-size beds, while one has two twin beds. The well-equipped kitchen features a large granite-topped center island with a breakfast bar. It includes modern appliances like a dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, and various small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and mixer. The dining area on the main floor can accommodate eight people around an extendable table. In the lounge, you'll find a 42” plasma TV, a DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi. You can unwind in the upstairs reading room, offering panoramic views of the Sound and the ocean from every angle. With windows on every wall, the room maintains a comfortable temperature, whether you're seeking cool breezes or warm sunlight. The lower level also features a third lounge, perfect for playing games. Outside, the villa offers a large wrap-around upper deck and an extensive pool deck, both providing options for shade and sun.
