The 2 car garage has a ping pong table and houses a few bicycles and a kayak with paddles for your use while staying here! There is additional parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Please note that there is NO on-street parking and trailers, boats on trailers or RV's cannot be parked in the driveway! Charcoal grill. This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25. Enjoy taking a dip in the community pool, watching sunsets from the private pier or setting up your chairs on the private community sound beach. It's only a 5 minute walk to the Gulf beach, the pier and restaurants. There is a private community dock and a dedicated boat slip for you to use. Everything is at your fingertips here!!!
