You have access to two pools and an incredibly rare sandy beach area! There is also a 12x26 boat slip available for rent! This complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach, just minutes away from all the exciting attractions the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer including go-karts, mini-golf, outlet shopping, and all the best lakefront bars and restaurants! Kitchen and Dining Area The open concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 3 and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Living Room The living room features a love seat and a couch with a full sofa bed, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony. Master Suite The master suite features a Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, nightstands, dresser, and sliding glass doors that open up to the waterfront balcony. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink, and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a full-sized bed, nightstand, and a flat screen TV. Bathroom The second bathroom has a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. Outside Inside the complex you have access to two pools, one of which has an incredible view overlooking the lake. You also have access to a sandy beach area, which is a rare find for the Lake of the Ozarks! Dock Down at the community dock there is a 12x26 slip available for rent. Neighborhood Description The Ledges Condo complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach, just minutes from some of the lakes most popular lakefront bars, restaurants, activities and shopping. This complex is just 5 minutes from amazing activities for the kids including go-karts and mini golf. While there is no boat parking or launch at this complex, you can launch and store trailers at the state park marina for a small fee. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in.
