***Property Overview*** Seaside Dreams is a beautiful, newly renovated villa with modern yet comfortable furnishings. This lovely villa overlooks the clear waters of the Bioluminescent Bay in the idyllic Rum Point and Cayman Kai community. This location is worlds away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach and offers enchanting vistas, secluded beaches, and numerous amenities. The ground floor features an open-concept design that allows the living and dining areas to flow into one. The fully equipped kitchen houses stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. The true focal point of the home is the spacious two-story screened lanai facing the turquoise sea that offers additional lounge seating and alfresco dining. A large swimming pool with a sundeck is located on the water for guests of the complex to enjoy! For adventure seekers, Seaside Dreams offers two tandem kayaks and two bicycles complimentary with your stay. ***Bedroom & Bathroom Layout*** (Sleeps 5 guests total) -- Master Suite: upper-level, king bed, waterfront, private screened balcony, ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination. -- Guest Bedroom: upper-level, queen bed, full-sized day bed, waterfront, private screened balcony, ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination. Sleeps up to 5 guests max. Pack-n-play cribs are available for our guests at Silver Thatch Guest Services. This property does not allow smoking indoors, pets or events/parties. The Island Houses belong to the Cayman Kai Homeowners Association and observe an outdoor noise curfew at 10:00 PM. The neighbors are very respectful of each other's privacy and quiet enjoyment. ***IMPORTANT NOTES*** -- A Cleaning Fee may be required due to enhanced cleaning, sanitation, and inspection protocols. -- Additional kayaks available for discounted rental. Signed waiver required. ***Rate Details*** -- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates. -- 10% Guest Service added to all rates. -- Owner requires a $500 refundable damage deposit. -- The refundable damage deposit will be refunded to the same card provided 7 days after departure, subject to damage. ***Booking Rules*** -- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking. -- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival. ***Beach Notes*** All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Queen owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. ***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed*** Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. This is VERY RARE for homes along the Cayman Kai Cove.
