The villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Seascape 3007 has been totally renovated from top to bottom which includes an all new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, all new flooring and furnishings!! This charming three bedroom, two bath villa is just minutes to the beach and a few steps to the pool. You’ll find the living room and dining room on the main level to be quite spacious and offer brand new furnishings (2018). Sliding glass doors located just off the living room open to a large deck that overlooks the courtyard area and the salt water pool. The second floor offers two bedrooms that share a completely remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom consists of a twin size and a full size bed and the third guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The top floor of this villa is the master suite with a king bed, private bath which has been completely remodeled and includes a shower and tub combination. Enjoy the peaceful mornings on the large private balcony overlooking the pool. Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges. ** 3 night minimum **

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
