This villa is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, living and dining area are combined, the sliding glass door off the living room offers access to your balcony with a spectacular oceanfront view as well as a view to the beautiful oceanfront pool. The bedding for this villa would be a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Ocean Dunes is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive and is a short walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Each villa in Ocean Dunes offers wireless internet service. The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset. Guests enjoy access to the Hilton's Oceanside bar and Grill and Starbucks. **Call for daily rates as some restrictions may apply**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
