The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. This charming 3rd floor oceanfront villa offers a SPECTACULAR VIEW from the balcony that is conveniently located right outside the combined living room and dining area. You will also enjoy two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full size kitchen. With a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, you can relax while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service. The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees which is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset. Ocean Dunes, an oceanfront property situated approximately 70 yards from the ocean, is located on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. **Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months** **Call for daily rates & availability, some restrictions may apply**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
